my family and i stayed in a junior suite river view and really enjoyed our visit, especially the waterpark, which is connected to the hotel for easy access. unlike our previous stay in wisconsin dells, everything was clean and comfy, making it a perfect quick getaway. we appreciated the giant pizza delivered right to our room.

Access to the waterpark right from our room was super convenient. We loved having a hot tub in the room. it was a great way to unwind after a long day of splashing around. However, check-in was a headache. The bathroom lighting was poor and some of the room fixtures felt like they needed repairs. Also, the ice machine on our floor didn't work. If they could sort out the check-in chaos and address the maintenance issues, it would make the overall experience much better.

I enjoyed my stay with the family as we found it so easy to stroll to the scenic Dells of the Wisconsin River and the beautiful Coldwater Canyon right from our hotel, making family adventures a breeze and bringing us close to nature's beauty.
